At any given time, there are a number of government and non-government grants available to organisations and community groups within the electorate of Port Stephens.

Each year, through my office, the Community Building Partnership program funds a number of local grants to community groups throughout Port Stephens. The Local Sport Grant Program provides funding, through my office, for sporting groups to increase physical activity, reduce barriers to participation in local sport, and assist clubs provide quality service to their members. Grants can be provided for training and administration purposes, running a local sports event, subsidising participation costs, or enhancing/constructing sporting facilities.
